Send Your Device for Repair by Courier, Anywhere in Romania
Customers outside Cluj-Napoca can submit a repair request and send their device to FPSTech Service by courier. The device is registered, diagnosed and only repaired after you receive and approve the estimate. After testing, we send it back to you.
How the courier repair works

Complete the service request
Enter your contact details, the device, the problem you noticed and the accessories you are sending.

Receive confirmation
We generate a unique request number and send you a confirmation by email.

Pack and send the parcel
Contact us for the shipping details before handing the parcel to the courier, or request a courier pickup. Pack the device securely.

Diagnostics and estimate
We explain the problem and the cost. You approve or decline the repair; nothing starts without your approval.

Testing and return
We test the device, pack it and ship it back to you by courier.
How to pack your device
- Use a rigid box
- Protect the device with bubble wrap or similar cushioning
- Fill any empty space inside the box
- List every accessory included
- Only send accessories that are needed for diagnostics
